Missouri Employers Mutual devoted years to servicing workers compensation clients in Missouri only. When the time came to expand these services into eight additional markets — and break through the clutter — the approach was reimagined. Dovetail worked with MEM to not only tease the new markets, but raise awareness, by concepting and creating an educational video series. Dubbed the “Producer’s Playbook,” this series was designed to educate producers on work comp insurance, the benefits provided by MEM/Previsor, how to quote a policy, and more. Understanding that the information presented therein could be quite technical, we committed to making the content more dynamic, developing a fun and fresh visual style to keep viewers interested.
