Behind the scenes, you get to wear many, many hats. People say I have a calm demeanor, and I suppose that's true. I just approach finances, reporting, record keeping, processing, and managing a business the same way I see parenting and raising two daughters. It works out well for Dovetail... my daughters? Ehh, they may feel differently.
With a knack for numbers and keeping track of the details, Jennifer has managed Dovetail’s financial reporting and billing for over a decade and knows our business inside and out.
She has helped develop processes and systems that keep our business running smoothly and our team on budget. When she's not keeping Dovetail on track, Jennifer spends time with her two daughters and husband or working on a never ending list of home DIY projects or refinishing furniture or planning the next family vacation or baking extravaganzas. In fact, she makes some of the best Christmas cookies in town.
